Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@destaal.com . A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation request being confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return process applies.

Returns: Standard

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@destaal.com . Please include your order number and reason for return.

The return process is as follows:

  1. Contact us at info@destaal.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Upon confirmation, we will provide a prepaid DHL return shipping label

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ensure the outer box is sealed with tape

  4. Attach the return label and hand the parcel to DHL

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. Returns shipped without prior authorization or without using the provided return label cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is partially covered by DESTAAL. A fixed contribution of €20 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. This amount reflects the actual cost of DHL return logistics from EU customer locations.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note the following regarding shipping costs:

  • Standard delivery is complimentary (€0) and is not refunded

  • If express delivery (€20) was selected at checkout, this cost is non-refundable

  • A return shipping contribution of €20 will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

DESTAAL does not accept exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order following the process above and place a new order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@destaal.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping box.

If the issue is confirmed as transport-related damage or a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a return at no cost to you. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Where the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available or cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

The €20 return shipping contribution does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at info@destaal.com . A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. In the event of a production delay, you will be notified promptly and retain the right to a full refund at any time prior to dispatch.
