Shipping Destinations
DESTAAL currently ships to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
For deliveries to destinations not listed above, please contact us at info@destaal.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

The express shipping rate of €20 applies to all available destinations. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. DESTAAL is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe is clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase. For the City Flap Bag, estimated shipping is June 2026. In the event of a production or shipping delay, customers will be notified promptly by email and retain the right to a full refund at any time prior to dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to DHL, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@destaal.com
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@destaal.com as soon as possible. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with DHL to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
