Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet in stock and will be shipped at a later date as indicated on the product page.
Payment for pre-orders is processed at the time of purchase.
Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only and may be subject to change. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed by email.

The statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) applies from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
